As part of our continuous R&D efforts, Sierra Elevators have moved from the industry standard of preventative maintenance to predictive or pre-emptive maintenance. As an optional feature, our elevators can be connected to a central server, with sensors and systems that continuously monitor the individual elevators for signs of deviant behavior or malfunctioning.

This feature helps you get exceptional value, where elevators become mission critical, as in the case of the healthcare industry. In essence, if there is any sign of malfunction, we get to hear of it before you even notice it. This in turn helps our service engineers in streamlining maintenance activities with much reduced response times, improved efficiency and reduced downtime and operating costs.
